Return Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to the exclusivity and limited availability of our items. All sales are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of FLOURISH - NO EXCEPTIONS

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a promo code and never expires.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date and take up to 14 days to be processed. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

If you are waiting for a refund and it has not yet been 14 days since you returned your item(s) please wait for 14 days to pass before getting in touch. If it has been longer than 14 days, please get email us at support@flourishparis.com so we can investigate.

FLOURISH is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
