Where do you ship?

A: We ship worldwide! Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.

How do I know which size is best?
We invite you to take a look at our size chart to help you determine which size will offer you the best fit. This link can be accessed from any page on our site, directly from the footer menu. We provide some information on how the garment fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size in the description of the product. We also note the size as seen on the models.
If you need more help, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply e-mail support@flourishparis.com for advice. 
 Do you provide tracking info for packages?
Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
What if my package comes damaged or I never receive my package?
We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully and thoroughly inspected by us. However, we are only humans and understand things can happen. In the rare event that the item you received is not in flourishing condition, please refer to our return policy to know how to get assistance with your order. 
Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may incur. We are also not responsible for packages lost while in the possession of the carrier. However, we will help resolve any issues we can.
What if I change my mind and want to modify my order is placed?
Once an order is placed at FLOURISHPARIS.com, you have 24 hours to make changes. For assistance, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at support@flourishparis.com . Changes and cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours and the order will be considered FINAL. Orders marked fulfilled or shipped, are considered FINAL.
